Originated from close collaboration with well-known Dutch chef Sergio Herman. Sergio was inspired by a stay in Ibiza where he was impressed by combinations that were made there with citrus fruits. The result was a fresh, fruity tonic with a soft, slightly sweeter taste due to the clementines. The subtle touch of cinnamon provides a nice spicy aftertaste.
